My focus was spread between numerous topics - from roadmapping in a data-centric company to finding the right contacts to build a team for a mobile hybrid tech stack, acting as an engineering manager in the morning, and as data analyst some afternoons. This lead to rethinking our data and CRM systems to empower non-technical teams, pass security audits, democratize the usage of automation tooling empowered by AI (Claude/Anthropic/OpenAI), or direct the redesign of 2 key pieces of the business - our questionnaire builder and our recommender system. It allowed to offset the workload outside of the technical team, scale our capacity and fasten our delivery cycle, while ensuring quality and resiliency through observability and first and foremost - have an impact on the end-user and the company's growth.

My responsibilities as a product engineer were end to end. I had to own our projects from the technical design to their planning and maintenance, up to implementing success metrics. This large breadth of ownership into a platform group lead me into multi-team projects, working with varied roles and technologies in order to constantly have the most impactful results. Portfolio
